Default What color should I paint my calipers
I'll be getting black rims in a couple months. What color should I paint my calipers. Black or Red? Just looking for something other then the tarnished look that they get over time.

Don't paint stock calipers. IMO, it looks "rice".

I suggest doing some power mods, then do a "real" brake upgrade. Painted calipers don't stop any better than unpainted.

I hear ya, but he was asking what color to paint them nothing to do with power mods and a can of paint costs what $3-5 for those on a budget no biggy

Painted calipers don't stop any better than unpainted.
But they look good, a nice accent. Some of the hottest cars in the world have painted or powder-coated calipers.

Red is the color of choice.
