BBk LT's with H that doesn't seal well with headers

My H pipe isn't sealing well with the headers, I am going to have to send the h back to americanmuscle and either have them send me a different one or have someone make one custom for me....This sucks i thought that was going to be the EASY part lol.. Yeah and I definately agree with the everyone who says installing headers is a PITA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need oxygen sensor extensions too...didn't know that..where do i get them? Order them off summit or something? Thanks. (suggestions with the H is appreciated as well.)

What mid-pipe do you have?

Americanmuscle will have the O2 extentions.

These are the only 2 that work with the BBK LT headers

56032for the O/R H pipe
56033 for the Catted H pipe

Not sure which 1 you got. Also you might want to check your catback portion to make sure it's lined up right.

56032 is what i have, and i took off the part of the catback where it would bolt on so i could get the H pipe on, but the H pipe won't go on the headers well, it WILL go on, but it isn't completely sealed on the driver side.. first we tried and it was 5/8 inch to narrow, so we took a jack and put some wood between and jacked up so it was the right size across but then it's like one side is to long (very hard to discribe in words..) I don't want to cut anything and then redo the opening in fear of it throwing off the entire catback however much we cut...and inch or so probably..

You might call BBK's tech line Tuesday and ask them about it.

u sure you dont have it upside down or turned the wrong way?

never thought of that. They can be goofy, especially the 2 pieces. The H portion should be towards the rear of the car. So you only have 2 options of turning the pipe.

I'm almost 100% possitive it's the right way....i can't check right now because it's at my friends houseand it is going to drive me crazy! (I remember the hangers went in towards eachother and they were on top) so it has to be right doesn't it? Dang, it would be nice to just flip it around and work!
