Too much for the street?

RE: Too much for the street?
I had the same thought you did about this...at that point 500 hp, I'd be glad I have a nice performanceautomatic, every suspension upgrade, and axles made of kryptonite....My plan to get to 500 hp was a sean hyland motorsports 125 hp pi upgrade kit (has heads, install kit, stage 1 cams, 75 mm tb/upper intake, pi intake, long tubes and catless x pipe), from there the performance auto, and stronger axles (still learning about the drivetrain parts), then a new shortblock with forged everything, and then some sort of s/c...I was thinking that might get me close to 500 hp. Now, I think 350 or so should be ok, maybe with 4:10s and a high stall torgue converter...

Just to know it's there at your disposal... Once you drive it everyday, you cannot go back... If you don't have it you dont miss it... if you had it and don't have it anymore, you miss it more then you can imagine. Trust me.. it's not a waste.

my biggest question is why would you want that much power to dirve in the streets everyday?? Unless its a weekend warrior i personally think ur wasteing your money.
