I was taking my white faces gauges out and accidently poped the rpm gauge off. So i put it back on And now it idles at 2500. how do i get it back to normal..??

I would stick it at700 rpms or ask around what their cars idle at. I took off all of my needels and it was hell getting them back, they still arnt the same. Im tring to think of some clever ideal to get ford to fix them all under warranty

i set my idle to 800 with my diablo tuner.. So all i have to do is just put it back on 800 when the car is running. Thats crazy i jsut sent u a pm and look and u respondded here.

This is what you do...
1. get a black marker
2. some masking Tape
3. a friend to help you out through the tough times
Take your tape and marker, and begin to re-number every single unit of RPM. When your friends ask you about the idle tell them you got a new V-tech Exhaust.

Here's a theroy I've come up with...... If you know the "set computer" hack with your ODO Button (mileage button) you can set it so it digitally displays the idle average.... Jot those numbers down and set the needle around that mark. You might be able to do it while the car is running.
