Shaved Door handles, and the Track?
Does anyone know if it's considered a safety issue to not have door handles? I'm getting my handles shaved and wanted to know if you guys know anything?

I've posted a few pics over the last week since I decided to do this. But they were threads asking about paint... Here they are again...
And this is what I'm doing with the Bumper...

What if he flipped his car at the track and gets knocked out and they needed a way to get into his car...How are they going to open the doors without his "door popper"?
I can see that being an issue...

getting your handles shaved would be awesome! I want to do that to my car also... Gives it suck a clean look... They sell a door popper that you mount under your car and you use your toe and press the button in to open the door. I guess that could be used in congunction with the remote openers. I guess just hope you dont flip, you should look up NHRA's rule book based on the speed and what you would need saftey wise.

Door probably wouldn't open if he flipped anyway. Mustangs are not tanks. That, and being a convertible, there wouldn't be a whole lot they could do with the pieces.

I can see that being a rule...or something they wouldnt like...
