Default i need help

ok i dont have a pic but the 4.6 guys will no. ok so i was cleaning out my engine today and i movedthis twist thing that is on the fuel rail its on the front passenger side. ever since i moved that i havent dared to turn the car on or run it what is that twist thing. i thought it was like a fuel thing, and it probably is, any help would be good. on the pic, where the fuel injector is at the top thing

I beleive you are refering to the schrader valve. This is used to check fuel press and stuff like that. If you take it off it will look like a valve on a tire. Just make sure its tight.

so turn it till its tight cuz i moved it and it was just turning i thought it was like a fuel thing that u let fuel in or something like a shut off thing

yeah just tighten it like you would the cap on a valve stem. Its no big deal you can take it off and look at it, the only way fuel will come out is if you push in the valve, just like the air in a tire,exact same thing.Bottom left of pic above fuel injector correct?

yea next to the alternator on top of the injector so that has to be on tight then

It doesnt have to be tight, but it will help keep anything form getting in or out of the rail.

Its no big deal, just the cap for the schrader valve, it doesn't adjust anything.
