as long as im working on the car to prevent it from future breakdowns ill live with it even if it hurts or whatever. so how much would i put it n i would need a small funnel then right

I run Amsoil exclusively. Any synthetic will help keep your tranny cooler and run longer.

The auxillary filter mounts in the coolant line anywhere you can find a place to mount it. You'll have to cut the line and installed either fittings or rubber lines to the adapter. The coolant lines are low pressure, so it's a bit easier than some would think.
