Default Bought a can of Sea Foam...Best way to apply?

As posted, I just snagged some seafoam, because I heard from other guys here that it does wonders for their engines. It was like 7 bucks at pep boys so I grabbed it. It's a 16 FL OZ bottle.

My question is, I don't really see any directions for use, and I'm sure there are different procedures for each application, right? Can somebody give me the low-down on how to use this stuff to work best for my car? A detailed procedure would be greatly appreciated. My car has 98,000 miles on it, and is a 5-speed manual. Would it be best to add it to fuel, oil. injectors? I need help!

Thanks guys!

Why would you put seafoam in your engine?

I just don't get why people put the stuff in their engine. If it's not oil or fuel, why??? I understand tons of people use itand it's been around forever, just seems like a gimic to me...

Whats wrong with a 7 dollar gimmick that makes your engine run like new?

Thanks blackmustang, I've heard that combo used by other guys too. But I kinda meant like, how long to wait, how long to drive around, etc. Some guys say wait 5 min, some say 15, thats why I ask.

Also, do I need to change my oil before/after I use it? I'm due for an oil change, and this seems like a good time to do it.

i dont like adding anything to my oil. but i did remove the pcv line from the upper plenum and poured about 1/2 a can thru there while the engine was running. i poured it slowly then quicker until the engine about stalled. left it in there for about 15 minutes. its supposed to loosen all the gunk off of your valves.
i started it up and let it run. it smoked like hell for a while, but after a day or 2 it stopped.
i wouldnt run it hard until it completely stops smoking.
i am getting ready to do it again soon. only this time i'll leave it overnight

So did you pour it until it stalled, then left it? Or did you go back and shut it off before it stalled?

And I'm still not sure exactly where to pour it into the pcv line, like which hose or opening? Can somebody give me a picture?

Thanks.

half through a vacume line thats leads to crank case and rest in gas tank.
It breaks up carbon build up and cleans about everything it contacts. injecters, everything. make sure you get your oil changed within 500 miles to get rid of all that gunk losened up.
I put some in my friends acura tl with 110k miles and its like a whole new care. gained 3 miles to the gallon on average and pulls much harder
