Default drag radials?

I'm considering getting drag radials for my dd FR500's. Which do you all thinkare better? Nitto's or BFG's?

nittos will last longer than any drag radial out there but they aren't as sticky... :/

If you want one that grips better get the bfg if you want longevity(which defeats the purpose of a dr)go with nitto.

If your car is basically stock, then there is no reason not to go with Nittos.. they'll be fine, and if driven on correctly, will last longer than the other brands out there because they arent quite as soft..

and since youre car *im assuming is nearly stock* doenst have that much power, the grip of nittos should be ample

Which drag radials do you think I should get? Would nittos be good enough for my combination? They will be on my rears full time, since I dont have another set of wheels. Sorry I dont mean to hijack this thread....

I think you would have a little too much power/gear for a 555r. Sure, they will be better than street tires, and they look cool, but with your power, I'd grab a real tire. Especially since you are on the verge of 12's. Sticky tires should get you there.
