You don't need a lift, just a jack and a couple of jackstands. should take about 30 min per side. There's a good writeup here: http://mustangworld.com/ourpics/fcar/steedaspring1.htm

fyi, you will also need to get the front wheels alligned at a tire shop. so far, that's three birds with one stone if you don't want to change the springs yourself. the only issue is finding one that won't rip you off or f8ck up your car, which is always a huge crapshoot. and are you changing the shocks and struts? you'll save on labor costs if you do the s/s and springs at once, the springs need a bunch of the same stuff removed as a s/s install.

Well I haven't done it yet (I will be tomorrow or Friday when my springs arrive), but if its really just as easy as removing a couple of things then adding it back on, then around 30-45 mins is all it should take with an impact wrench and the right tools. The most time consuming will be jacking up each corner and removing/installing the wheels.

^^^^^^ There is a link on how I did my fronts including pics. It took a little bit and the second side went a lot faster than the first. The rear was a bit of a bitch trying to get everything lined up again. Self explanatory. But if you must take it somewhere go to a place that has done them before, has a good name, has worked on your car before and not fuggered it up.
