Default dissapointing encounter

being bored after gym/work i deicded to go out for a little "aggressive driving"...in my encounter i pulled up next to a red 02-04 GT VERT with 4 hot little high school girls smoking some pot out of a pipe (those glass ones) not quite a bong but a little pipe..anyway asked them for a quick little 0-60 run since speed limit is 55 they say NAH TO HIGH i say ok give them thumbs up anyway and continue...pull up at another lighta nice little eclipse GTS (i believe was a turboed one) i was getting excited i roll down window ask him for a small run (0-60 again...roads are empty since its 1040pm and really isolated) he says NAH I GOT 4 CYL YOU HAVE 4 MORE, WHATS THE POINT...i mention that he has a turbo he scoffs at me and says he has tickets and blah blah blah...in short a very dissapointing encounter =(
the one time in like 4 months i do this...the one time and let down.. guess i gotta wait until 13th and CA speedway
ok im done... here ill post some pics of my car since everyone loves seeing pics...

First of all, the pics arn't working for me.

Second of all, there was a reason no one answered your racing needs. Always a reason. If those pot-headed retards took the race, they probably would have veered off to the side and hit you or somebody else.

I live in CA, and I'm 16. Do us a favor and keep it on the track. You have wayy more fun there anyway, not worrying about cops, and you know everybody is focused 100% on only one thing...DRIVING. Out on the street, you got moms in minivans chowin down food, blabbin on the cell, and keeping her kids content from the front seat. It's just way too dangerous dude. Sorry to sound like an old geezer with the morales and stuff but it's the best advice I can give anyone. My friends were killed in a short streetrace. It's not worth it.

Peace.

one bad thing about the track though, depending on how crowded it is, it's much more harsh on your motor than running on the streets, so your more prone to breaking something. one reason why alot of guys with the faster cars around my area only take their cars to the track if they get something new. get a s/c take it to the track 2 or 3 times, your fastest time is what you run, no more reason to go to the track, since half the people you want to race would rather not, or you jsut dont know them and cant get in contact with them unless your out at westheimer (meeting spot in houston).

Streetracing FTW. Screw the track. Nothing like driving 2 hours to get there and running once against a 800+ WHP drag car.

streetracing someone thats stoned isn't exactly a good idea though.

my buddy drives just fine stoned, although i still wouldnt feel good having him romp on it lol.

but yeah, the only reason for the track, is just to see how fast you can run the qt or 8th

ill admit track really is the place for this because no interference and its legal no worry about cops, minivans, cell phones other jackass "street racers" BUT what 2000GT4.6 FTW +1000...its a 2 hour drive, im lucky to get in 2 or 3 runs and usually end up racing some 400+ hp muscle car.. honestly i like just cruising around with the occasional 0-60 just because its easier to do and its somewhat within confines of the law, cant say i like doing it often since i work alot but once in a while at night its all good.
me and my dumbass opinion though

I think I would shoot myself if there wasn't a track nearby. It's only 1/8th mile but its better than nothing.
