ford reimbursing me
my clutch went out on my 01 Gt a few weeks ago and when i got it pulled out of the car the clutch disk was in pieces i have 25K miles on my car and there is no reason for that. now my dad is a service manager for ford up in maine, so he is talking to his rep to see if they will reimburse me for the money i had to spend on a new clutch cuz another ford dealer told me they couldn't do anythng with the clutch. i will try to describe what the clutch was like when i pulled it from my car the disk has the material on both sides or its suppose to. my clutch the material on the pressure plate side of the disk was stuck to the pressure plate and was broken into 3 pieces. so hopefully i will get my money back from ford...
yeah it is supercharged but hey how are they gonna know if they are just looking at the clutch

We had a guy bring a Mustang in with a clutch problem one time. After it was removed the clutch material was completely busted off of the clutch. It was broken in several pieces. He only had like 12,000 miles on it and the tires were completely bald. We did it under warrenty that time but told him not to bring it back.

You have to be kidding me!!! How would they know? Did you take the Supercharger off before you took it in to get it fixed? I hope so because even the dumbest of the dumbasses can tell you what a S/C is. LMAO!!!

i had the clutch in hand.. it was already pulled off the car there is no way on earth i would take my car in there with the supercharger and expect them to do anything under warranty on my car. i took the clutch off the car when i was putting my new one on and took it to them and showed them the clutch..
