Default stock gt exhaust setup?

i was looking under my car today and it seems to have some exhaust work, it has the 2 rear cats cut out and its also a H-pipe(true duals with a crossover pipe, right?) and i was wondering what the stock setup is on a 97 gt, thanks.

Stock setup... - Crappy Ford Exhaust Manifold -> Low Flowing Catted H pipe (4-6 cats pending year) -> Low Flowing mufflers 2.25 inch piping.

all GT's (v8)have True duals ;]
v6 mustangs aren't true duals.

Stock 97 GT have 6 cats.

Are you sure you even have a stock midpipe with 2 cats cut out? Im thinking you have a hi-flow aftermarket midpipe. can you get pictures? What color is the midpipe? If its black than its most likly a mac catted hpipe.

i was saying compared to an f-body, yes it currently has 4 cats, i can see the 2 oxygen sensors dangling and where there is some straight pipe going where the 2 cats used to be, the car still has 4 cats, and it sounds really good not all raspy like a car that has had all its cats cut out, yea ill be looking into a full exhaust system except headers, b/c they will probley be a bitch(you gatta drop the engine right?) so whats the best bang for the buck on the exhaust? which sounds the best? ive heard the MAC systems and i like the way they sound.
