Hey guys... I was driving to work today and this light popped up... I have never had it come on before so I'm not sure what it means.. since I'm at work I don't have access to my handheld to get the code that it is throwing to see what it means... do any of you guys know what this light means? Not the break light the box to the right of it.

Its your coolant level light. Might just be a bad sensor or you might be low on coolant.

Stop driving the car until you do man, if its really low there could be a leak or you could overheat the engine.

yeah.. definitely... luckilyit came on when I was close to work.. I was looking at all the gauges from the time it came on to the time I pulled into the garage.. and all thegages (including temp gage)seemed normal.. but, since I now know what the light means, I am going tocheckthe coolant.. fill if necessary.. see if I see any leaks etc.. on my lunch break.

Ok.. well, I just checked the car out.. I didnt see any leaks.. and it looks like the coolant level is ok.. I am asuming that..that means the sensor just died.. does anybody know about replacing one.. i.e. what it entails .. and if its hard or expensive.

i just added coolant when that light came on and it went off right after
