I used a screwdriver for mine. But you could get one of this sharp wire things, wrap it in duct tape and stick it under and pull it. Then use some goo gone or whatever to remove the sticky stuff. Then I bought this clay stuff that hardens, stuck it in the holes, and used touch up paint over it.

Does anyone have any pics of how big the holes are for the Ford symbol? also what about the "GT" Emblems on the fenders. do they have any holes behind them??

easy to remove 3M makes a very nice adhesive remover just use some of that and they should pull off and just work on the sticky residue with a PLASTIC razor blade or your finger and more remover
