Here a re a couple of ideas I found from the net. My only question is, how do you get the floss or fishing line past the pins that go in the holes?
How do you remove emblems without damage?
To remove most emblems, first use a hair dryer (don't use a heat gun) to soften the glue. Gently, using fishing line or dental floss, run the material behind the emblem to separate it from the surface. To remove the residue adhesive from the paint, use alcohol or an adhesive remover (sold in auto paint stores), or other suitable solvent. After, wash the area with car soap and water. Finally, apply wax to protect the paint.

Some owners prefer the "clean look" for their Tundras. Many remove the
Emblems, badges, and stickers from their vehicles. The easiest way is to
utilize a hair dryer to heat the item and area enough to remove them. Others
have used a combination of heat, dental floss (preferably Glide (tm) brand
floss), and De-Solv-It. Your mileage may vary.

I used a screwdriver for mine. But you could get one of this sharp wire things, wrap it in duct tape and stick it under and pull it. Then use some goo gone or whatever to remove the sticky stuff. Then I bought this clay stuff that hardens, stuck it in the holes, and used touch up paint over it.
