It would work great! Best easy mod, and you gain the experience of getting into your motor a bit. YOur motor is romeo so you dont have to worry about cam gears. I would if I were you find a set of used after market stage 1 or 2 cams. YOu'll feel the same amount of increase as if you would have done the PI head swap. Then get some rear gears, it will feel lke a whole new car.....

Of course you do have the option of swaping the entire motor. If you would want to tackle something that big!

From everything i read here and elsewhere, intake and cam swap make up most of the gains in the total PI swap (quote TopDropPony) The PI intake is a considerable improvement over the nPI intake. With its increased port volume and improved runner design, this intake has been shown to give up to 18 RWHP increases to the nPI equipped Stang.
Cam swap gives about the same gain. I plan to do both soon.

It's definetly the cheapest bang for the buck. But with such high miles, you may want to just find an engine instead.

I am a big fan of just the PI Intake and PI cams swap especially if you are on a tight budget but since you are at 200k miles i also think finding a low mile PI engine would be the way to go.

Trust what droptoppony says. He's very smart... But that could be because he agreed with me.
