Thats the truth, just hide any sign of Nitrous and you should be fine. You can change a lot of things on a car without voiding the warranty. If its a Ford ESP warranty the only thing that will void it is the addition of "A supercharger or Turbocharger", it states this in the "whats not covered" section. The Moss- Magneson act gives the consumer a lot of help. The dealer must Prove that your different XYZ part caused this to happen, good luck.

As long as Ford can't say your aftermarket part caused the failure, you are good, unless you have Nitrous or a SC/Turbo. Warranty Tranny work always depends on the dealer. By law you are supposed to be protected, but that doesn't seem to be worth a damn to Ford or the dealers.
