"With NOS"

Are you serious? You got no warranty.

If i took the NOS off and took it in do you think that they would say anything about the aftermarket plenum, CAI, or off road exaust????

the minute you even change the wheels on your car it voids the warranty.. my uncle was going to supercharge his 05 but since it voids the warranty he just kept it stock. but now he just bought a new cobra... i probably wouldnt mod a car until the warranty was up, especially since its an american car (i love them, but lets be real)

Without the NOS you should be okay. I've never heard of aftermarket intakes (except blowers)voiding a warranty

the'd have to prove the aftermarket part caused your issue So if you have a TB and some breaks in the rear end for example, youd be ok. Make sense?

my mom works for bluebonnet motors in san antonio. shes the asistant. servise manager and the warrenty admin... Your pretty much screwed once you do anything to the car...just putting a k&n drop in filter voides the warrenty..thats str8 from her mouth too ford dosnt f**k around with that stuff

EDIT: and the fact that you have tuned your car and have diff. gears.... your pretty much done with all hopes... you should see some of the stuff they have to deny because of FORD its almost funny, but then you look at it from the owners perspective

A lot of BS in this thread It's up to the local dealer what they will and will not do. I just had my tranny rebuilt on my extended warranty with no problems. My dealer know very well that I race the car with nitrous

yeah most of this information is incorrect. your still covered under warrenty. just remove your nitrous system completely. if you have to buy a new intake or put your stock one back on in order to hide where you injected your nitrous do it. spend the extra money hiding all evidence of nitrous so you dont have to spend the extra money on a new tranny.
