Default 98 stang

just bought a 98 mustang gt, 5 speed. I had a 93 z28 camaro auto, and my question is, is it faster than a 93 LT1? Also if it is or is not, what does the 98 stang run in a 1/4 mile and 0-60?

i agree...your ex-lt1 is definately quicker...do a pi swap or throw on some f/i and you'll have the advantage

Yeah probably 14.8- low 15s. Without the PI swap the LT1 would definitely tag that ***. Trust me it happend to me in my 98GT before the PI swap. I got my pride taken away by a 96 Impala SS
