mongoose kit ran close to 3700...install i got quoted at 1500 (includes install and dyno tune)...all together around $5200...this is just the beginning though...you'll eventually want to add on (intercooler, blower cams, ...)

vortech v2 sq... i was doing a turbo for my stock motor - but im gonna do this for a little while, until the stocker goes... then move on to the turbo project.. im having a guy make custom turbo headers now - but its gonna take me a while to save up the funds to do that one like I want it... I think 400 rwhp aint bad and should last me 60-80k more miles.. but for the money the s/c is still by far the better setup

id luv to have a turbo. i cant afford it and i have no idea how to install a turbo. if i instal the blower myself will it be ok to drive on the given tune for like 2 hrs. i have to drive to columbia to get dyno tuned. i was thinkin if i stay outta boost then i should be aight, or would it be better to trailer it up??
