I need help. 1999 Mustang Cobra. When I turn my key to ON, it takes 30 seconds for the dash display lights to light up, I do not hear the fuel pump (versus normally all the accessories immediately light up in the On position ). When I turn the key to Start, the starter only clicks, and I keep blowing the starter relay FOAB 4B192-AA in the power junction box on the left side of the engine bay. No fuses appear to be blowing.After this, there is no power anywhere unless I replace therelay. Any clues to this problem????
