I'm not sure about mustangtuning x pipes, but what i am sure about is that the best x pipe on the market is Bassani. They make one of the few TRUE x pipes. Most places cut two pipes and then bend and weld them together, but bassani actually has a mold that makes a TRUE x pipe and it flows much better than the immitators. It flows way better than flowmaster, that is for sure, it kills corsa and borla as well.

Steeda MIL Elimanator, what is that?
They are used so a non-catted x-pipe wont trip the check engine light. If you dont mine seeing the check engine light on all the time, then dont get them, but most people reccomend them.

Not if itsn't stainless, a catted x for that price is very cheap compare to other companies. You should always get stainless when ever possible, going to be more money[&:]

If you go cat-less then you will need the MIL eliminators. If the CE light comes on the car runs in saftey mode which hinders the A/F ratio resulting in poor performance. At least that is how I understand it.

And on that note you dont want your Check engine light on all the time for that anyways because if something more serious happens you wont know it because the light will already be on.
