Default Taking off the antenna?

I was just curious, could I take the antenna off and leave it off? I never use the radio consider all the corrupted crap that's on it so I figured why make my stang look hideous with that monstrous pole sticking out the hood hahaha. [8D]

SO is it possible? Or should I buy an 8 inch black shorty antenna?

I hardly listen to the radio as well. I would rather listen to my exhaust and whats around me. I bought a shorty antenna though. I though about running no antenna and just fill in the whole in the fender.

Yeah same here. When someone is in the car and they want to listen to tunes, I tell them they can't because it drowns out the sound of the engine. Then they look at me like I'm from Mars or something.

Yeah its either my Full mac exhaust or my 1000 watt system. Ive got a 1000 watt amp and a 1500 watt kenwood 12" sub. So its a give and take thing!
