not sure on the specifics as far as your question, but i do know that series 4 wont work with your return fuel system setup. i wanted to use a series 2 on mine but didnt for the same reason. youll have to look into a way to doit, as your fuel rail wont fit due to the blower, maybe a custome line setup would clear it.

its because the 99+ uses a returnless system and has less plumbing up front, so the blower itself fits no problem. i havent heard of anyone trying to convert to returnless as it is usually the other way around, but i guess that could be an option. other than that, a custom fuel rail setup will be needed. this is why i went centrifugal, no issues whatsoever, and its a much better setup.

i had a vortech at 10psi on my last mustang(2000 gt) and wasn't impressed at all, that is part f the reason for wanting to go PD

no one i know has done this, and i couldnt find any info other than converting your return system to returnless. i dont know if someone else mentioned it, but doesnt kenne bell make a unit that fits the 96-98 fuel rail?

another PD blower option for NPI heads is the Allen Engine Development kit (AED) and its intercooled.
