Will welded on flow 40 series mufflers on stock exhaust cause restrictive pipe flow?

It wouldn't hurt to get a cat back at all. You'd see some extra ponies from it. But the thing you need to get is a mid pipe. All those cats on the stock mid pipe are restricting a lot of air. You'd get more power and a better sound with a new midpipe.

But if you can afford it, replace the entire cat back and mid pipe.

whats the diff in power between a catted x-pipe and an O/R x-pipe...anyone dyno test both?
