Default For those of you that have air/air intercoolers

I was just wondering how the piping is ran on the air/air intercoolers? Also which side is the inlet and outlet on. I know the inlet is on the passenger side but is the outlet too? I know it needs to end up on the passenger side so I was wondering how the mustang specific kits accomplish this.

On my SC Setup the blower is reclocked (rotated) so it points down to the Intercooler (hot side), then the tubing goes from the cold side of the intercooler to the intake. Pretty simple on a blower setup.

Looks like what he did was use a side to side, and clock the blower. The blower is aimed at the drivers side of the car. The passenger side has the intercooler exhaust going up under the blower and to the t/b.

Would anyone happen to have any pictures of how this all works. I'm going to do a DIY intercooler so I want to have a firm grasp on what I'm doing but before I go ***** deep on it.

The pipe in this picture is the intake pipe correct? Where does it go? How does it make it to the throttle body?

I guess I just need a picture of the intake tube and were it comes from and how it ties the intercooler.

So you have the blower with an outlet, then you have tubes from the outlet to the "hot side" of the intercooler. then on the other side of the intercooler, you have more tubes which lead to the throttle body. The Blower gets air from the intake which attached to the front of the blower and extends down into the fenderwell.

So the tube that leads to the intake(cold side) which is coming from the driver side of the car just goes around the engine and up then?
