Today I was just looking under my hood and I lifted the hood and it will go into a straight-up postion like it's wierd it seems like it should be restricted or something. I was just wondering is it suppose to be like that?

Mine does the same thing i often lay it back against the windsheild when im working on it.

Yea I've seen people leave em on when pulling the engine and just laying in on teh windshield. There is only 1 pivot point on each side, so it's flexible!
