4.10's or none at all. I don't see why people make such a fuss over 4.10's on the highway. It is not bad at all. I still average 24 MPG on the Highway and I even got 16.7 in city driving the other week.

Difference between 4.10 and 3.73 is a couple hundred rpm...or .03mpg. Take your pick.

I just finished installing my 3.73's, and if I wasn't going to get a blower, I would be kinda disappointed. Infact, for what I paid ($75 for gears and $70 for rebuild kit, whichwas not needed), I would almost consider buying another set of gears, but 4.10 this time. So if you are planning on staying n/a, go 4.10 at least.

if all your looking for is the HOLY **** factor, strap on some 6.90's and watch your rear end shock and amaze [8D]

but all joking aside, go 4.10's or go home

Well seeing that you have a 97 GT, you most likely have 2.73s right now (I did)....and I upgraded to 3.73s, and it definitely gave me a holy **** feeling. No matter what gears you get, you are going to be happy over those DOG 2.73s.

This forum humps 4.10s too much.
