Default Misfire/loss of power

I have a 2000GT and i just developed a miss fire at or around half throttle through wot. It has a new fuel filter about 3 months ago and a new set of plugs at the same time. I'm thinking the coils or the fuel pump is going out or a bad batch of fuel but it started this **** at a half a tank. the car however idles fine and revs fine when not under a load. any body ever had this problem before? please let me know of any other suggestions.

All you have to do is get 1 coil. Find out which one is bad, and replace it. >$100
