Default Adjustable clutch cable

I bought the steeda adjustable clutch kit. it came with cable, firewall adjuster, and metal quadarant. I have a sqeaking throw out bearing and was told that if i buy this i can stop the noise. I have it installed on my car but do not know how to adjust it. I need the pedal to be down a bit so the bearing doesnt sqeak. Can someone please tell me how this thing should be adjusted.

So you're having trouble Adjusting the Clutch Cable?
Take the supplied allen wrench to the firewall adjuster and loosen that Allen nut thingie til the adjuster is turnable
Twist it so it comes out of the firewall a bit more and see if you like the clutch as high as you just put it.
Not too sure about that fixing a problem with the TO bearing
But, That's how you adjust the clutch
or you could use the adjuster on the Clutch Fork
But that's a bit more annoying to do
