75w90 Gear Oil 3qts should be sufficiant

Edit - In the gear kits.. they come with 3 bottles... im not sure if the bottles are qts or not.. soo...

I just filled mine with 75w 90 royal purple, but the store called cor 80w 90. Anyways, while we are on the subject, royal purple had slimited slip additive in it already, so how much more should you put?? It calls for 4 oz which is what i put, but since it does come with it already in it, should I have used less?
