Intake manifolds with aluminum crossover.

Are all intake manifolds with new crossover "PI" intake manifolds? I had to get one put on my 96 and she runs like a champ now. I don't think Ford even makes all plastic intake manifolds anymore. I definitely feel a better pull from 2550rpm now.

Nope, Ford makes non-pi intake mainfolds w/ the crossover. Some years had cracking w/ the plastic one.

Glad to hear the pony is running well.

no the non pi replacment manifolds have the aluminum crossover too plus the only way you can put a pi intake on your car is either buy adapters are just use the right amout of rtv sealent in the right place's but the intake on your car is the same exact design as the old one just with a aluminum crossover

Oh well, maybe the cracked one made my car a little down on power that the newer restored, regardless, I'm happy that I have it back. I'm buying my magnaflows tommorrow.

This is a different one bro, I stumbled upon this one a week later. I didn't even call those guys back with the red one. One question, what is the muffler offset with a 96 gt? Is it offset offset same, or offset offset?

i think it is offset inlet and offset outlet but the only way to tell is get under the car and look man are you scared to get a little dirty or something j/k just look that is the only way to be for sure ;)
