Thomas Knight makes electric supercharger that are for real.

All this things on ebay are bilge pumps for boats.
Still bogus. Will NEVER do what a REAL supercharger will do.

ie; Procharger, Vortech, Kenne Belle, SVT, Paxton.
incorrect. thomas knight builds very legit superchargers...powered by very strong electric motors. ive met someone who had a 3000GT (NA) with built internals and a knight electric supercharger and it was a pretty stout car.

those people that sell that **** on ebay eventually get bust and kicked off. but then they are right back the next day under a different name. Usually they have 2-6 different screen names for ebay.
also incorrect. these people do sell legit products, they just dont do what most people expect. you would be amazed at how many mustang packages my buddy who sells something similar to this ships...and while he has gotten some negative feedback it is usually from people who are expecting an extra 100whp...he has had the same username for a couple years now, and is very up front with what his product does, and he makes no false claims.

sorry, still don't believe it. Until there is 100% proof on these things, I'll stand by my opinion. I'm talking reall world comparison, track with/without. dyno with/without. road race with/without, etc. And sorry wasn't trying to bash you jusnkris, lol. Don't take it the wrong way.

I just sent him a question about his product!

"Hey man will this work on my 2000 Ford Mustang GT. I've got 248 RWHP, how much can I gain if I put one of these on?"

Now that is what I had 2 years ago on my first dyno run with supporting mods. I'm awaiting his reply, lol.
didnt you just bash me for looking at this thing and posting it. you actually researched it and you seem to be leading in posts on this thread.
lol, now I was just emailing him to see what kind of BS he tells me.

what is there not to believe? the thomas knight kits are just regular superchargers/turbochargers but instead of a belt running off of the crank or exhaust flow, they have a small, high rpm motor spinning the unit instead of the crank. they are also VERY expensive..unlike the very cheap ones that we are comparing them to on ebay. i believe that some of their units involved the alternator...but i would have to think that the "gains" seen by not running a belt off the crank would be countered by the heavy electrical draw.

what does your car run?

HOLY CRAP!! I've got to get those stickers. That sh*it will gain me an easy 120 rwhp. I believe it's like 2hp per sticker/decal. Might be a little more with the oversized stickers. HELL YA!!
