Arent 99-04 mustangs 31 spline or are they 28 spline. . . .

28 spline.... 31 spline is aftermarket.. they also have 33 spline race axles...

Thats what i thought. American muscle says they have 31 but they dont know what theyre talking about. .

Dude im not even making 260 rwhp right now. . . and ill be about 300/310 after i do all this crap. I think the 28's will be fine. . . The reason i ask is becuase i might have to buy a new posi. A mechanic told me the gears couldnt be done because it was jacked up but that mechanic screwed me over before so i was thinking he was trying to rip me off. I had someone else look at it and they told me it looked fine but i dont want to get into the rear end with my buddy and have the gears and install kit sitting there only to find out the new gears wont go on.
