Ireplace the plastic intake manifold in my 01 GT for the aluminum but the bracke for the alternator dosen't fit, wherecan I get the bracket?, if it is a ford partfrom what car and year

I redrilled the holes in mine, since I had the steeda chrome bracket. I don't remember what the bracket is for your year.

I went through this very problem ,,long story short,,,I bought just the intake from ford,,where they had a complete kit(over 500 cost..)that supposed came with the bracket,,but I already had injector seals and gaskets....etc..Anyways,,ford was losted at what I was asking,,I could've redrilled the oldbracket,,but really wanted the right one...so,,I did alittle research,,found 02 gt has this very braket you need....here is the ford part number I ordered.....1R3E 10153 AA....... my cost was around 14$.....

i think i have a brand new alt bracket for your application, motorcraft LRS-10153A. let me know, ill cut you a deal if so.

ill sell you mine for half of what 50resto charges, which i think is 15$. i got mine from them, never used it as i did an engine swap. pm me if still interested, im located in southern nh.

i went thru the same thing on my 00 gt. drilled the hole to make the old bracket work but went to the ford stealership the next day and ordered correct bracket, i told them i needed bracket for an 03 gt
