Default Putting on MAC long-tubes...

Another mustang owner (2000 model) has long tubes and said he had to get a different dip-stick tube, a felxible one, because the stock one ran into the headers and could not go around them. My roomate (a GM tech >:O~~~ ) and I are going to do it and need to know if there are any parts I need to replace to make these work. I heard the alignment will be pretty bad, and will therefor need a realignment. Anything else I need to worry about?

Alignment will only be bad because the K member is dropped, which throws the alignment off.

I didn't have to get a flex dip stick when I installed my mac long tubes, also its not as hard of an install people make it out to be its just takes some time good luck!

I have BBK L/T's with the stock dip stick. No problems that I'm aware of, maybe the MAC's are different though.

the problem has nothing to do with the dip stick tube.. you have to bend the EGR tube, which is a bitch and a half.... remove the starter and the steering column then jack the motor 2" and you can get them in there

I put on MAC long tubes and I did not have issues with the dip stick tube being in the way.
