Default hissing noise coming from passenger side of motor

When i hit the gas theres a hissing noise coming from the passenger side ofmotor. It does at the beginning of each gear then stops, and starts when it shifts into the next gear

Haha owned. Either that or perhaps an exhaust leak

Have you just recently added anything to your car or did this just randomly start? It might be your exhaust set up. An O/R (and even I think a high flow catted) mid pipe will make sort of that sound, and I can only imagine headers would amplify it further. I have a sound kind of like that. Is it only when you hit the gas, and most noticable at lower RPMs?

It's probably just a combo of your CAI and exhaust. If you can find someone familiar with stangs, especially modded you can have them take a listen, but it sounds normal to me.

I'll try to take a sound clip of my car when I go out in a few and post it up later tonight or tomorrow so you can compare.

I also have an air hissing sound in my car but it does it all the time, not only under throttle.

What about it? I need to look into it.
