Default Shorty Headers vs LT's

What is the difference performance wise? Will shorty headers gain any rwhp?
If there's not much difference, I would rather install shortys and save $$$ by keeping my stock mid-pipe.
If there's a big difference, the LT's FTW!!

well longtubes will gain more hp.you win gain some with shortys but i dont think anough for it to be worth the cost of install and to purchase the shorties. i have bbk longtubes and i love them. they are great for the money.

there really is no comparison, you'll be much happier with LTs...just be careful over bumps etc

I want to get some LTs....but I dont want the hassle of not being able to drop my tranny. Any brand make an LT where you can still drop the transmission?

Really? If this is true I may look into getting some MAC ceramic LTs fairly soonish.
