Im sure it would. I've heard of some people running 13.99's in there bone stock GT's. There is no reason why a good driver with those mods couldnt get it to 13.5-13.7's

I had very similar mods on my 04 GT about a year ago and ran right in the 13.6 ball park. My car was a stick but didnt have as low gears (3.73) with cai,o/r prochamber, flows, 275 BF goodrich ko's. IMO I think you will have no problem at all breaking 13's with that getup!!
