Sounds like it's most likely the tires that is the main cause of the chirp.The condition of the streets could also contribute to the chirping. Especially when it's cold or has been raining out.

I live in the North East so it has been cold lately and I suppose that could be a contributing factor, but the streets are usually dry. I check my tire pressure every week or two so I'm usually on top of that. My tires are Falken FK-451's, 275 in the rear, 245 up front. Basically what I was worried about was that something might be wrong in my rear, if thats not the case then I couldn't care less.
