Default I think my clutch took a dump

this morning when leaving for school, I was trying to get up my street so I was spinning them on ice trying to get traction. it was -1 when I woke up. Well I was like wtf so I opened the door and looked to see my wheels werent spinning while I was in first and the clutch was all the way out. I could try again for a while but the wheels would stop spinning after a few seconds. DId my clutch crap out or could the synchros have frozen or something.

sounds like the clutch to me. how many miles are on the car? mabye you were riding the clutch trying to get it to move up the hill and burned up the last of the friction material. try letting the car warm up before doing anything and if that doesnt work then it is definately the clutch

Sounds like your traction control to me.It was only doing that on ice?

I agree. Even with a burnt up clutch the tires would still spin on ice.
