i love my mgw also. yea there is also a hurst one i believe that looks like an old shifter. and a roush but they are too expensive, you can get a better shifter for less money.

B&M ripper shifter. I have a B&M in my 04 and I had one in my old 94 GT. I love them. Ive driven MGW's and Tri-Ax's and like the feel of them too. But, I've owned nothing but B&M so naturally thats what I'll recommend

I have a steeda tri-ax, and I love it. I have also felt an MGW and it is smoother but i really prefer the notchyness of the tri-ax

cobra bobs shifter gasket? i see the inner dust shield on the link above......but nothing about the gasket.

why the gasket?

so you dont have to use the sealant, it also reduces noise. i believe factory used some type of sealant not a gasket.
