Romeo Heads, good question

ok guys im looking at some romeo heads from blue04gt, will these bolt right up to my 96 gt? all i need is new head bolts right? and some gaskets? i already have the pi intake manifold. i have a shop to do the work in and is 500 a good price for em? thanx a bunch
