full exhaust??? Headers, x-pipe hi-flow cat-back? All depends on what kind of headers, L/T or shorties.
make sure if you are going to put a full exhaust and cold air intake that you look into upgrading you throttle body & upper intake plenum..
20 HP isn't out of the picture.

why do you have to upgrade the throttle body + upper intake plenum??
I planned on doing full exhaust + RAI with a dyno tune..not that too ^ (03 Mach 1) Is that bad?

^^^ It's not bad. It will be fine, but a TB and plenum would only make since to suck in more air since you will be letting more out of the engine with the full exhaust.

w/ LT's anout 20 rwhp or so.

Yea, sorry. I meant 25-30 hp at the crank/fly, not rwhp. Stock is 225 hp and I was hoping for around 250 hp. I am new to this and not even sre what the stock rwhp on my car is, anyone know whats typical?

Right! Our 96-98 2v really do not respond to bolt on's until you get rid of the restrictive intake and heads
