You said it yourself, your track sucks ***. perhaps that has something to do with it? Go find a new track.

Did I say anything about the track? Nope... looking back I dont think I did. Let me reiterate... the 1.8T is slow.

Not to argue or to disagree with you but all the SRT4's at my track cant get out f the 15's. After running like three of them I couldnt see what the big deal was about them.
jd, them drivers must suck man and/or your track is bad. I've only ran my car one night but in my first run an srt-4 pulled up next to me. he ran a 14.3 compared to my 14.2 in that run. I have no clue if it was stock or modded, but it sure was quick. He had me off the line, but i ended up barely nudging him out. He gave me a good race.

Nick

I think it may be the temperature out here because most of them cant get out of the 15's.

There you go! Get out there and dust the GTI off.

You've preached countless times about your track being horribly maintained and your weather is horrible, that's what 2000Si was saying about your SRT-4 remarks. Stock for stock they are a 99+ GT's worst nightmare.

I know and it does suck bad and finally the weather is cooling down to the point to where I can dip into 13.7's. But this wasnt the case this time. I never said I raced the guy on the track. We were talking about the GTI also... not the SRT-4's. Thats a different topic we took off on.
