What do you mean by shallow staging?

on the line hold your foot on the brake and gas just when it starts to pull let out about 200 - 300 rpm so when you take off you have a little room with the torque converter to kick in and it will launch harder

It means you just barely get into the staged beam. The top dual yellow lights are pre-stage, the second set are stage. Right when you see that second set light up, you stop going forward and you launch from that point. This is opposed to deep staging, where you continue going forward until you are about to get out of the pre-stage beam.

Don't do a burnout.. go around the water box... spin your tires once or twice to kick off the dirt, and that's it. your tires dont get "sticky" from the burnout, the street tire gives off a different compound and can actually make traction a lil worse...

Goodluck, and let us know how you do!
yea alright thats what ive heard ill give that a try so where do I "clean the tires" in the waterbox or pass it then clean em? Like they will know if I drive over the waterbox spin my tires once or twice what I am doing right?
