Ok i am getting some lowering springs, but I want to know if I should install them or shouldI let the auto shop do it. Also should I let the auto shop do it, if sowhat is the going rate. Also what is the best set of lowering springs for a good price.

springs are pretty cheap price weise 149 for c springs to 249 for steeda pro series - install is pretty easy :-p

"C" springs are ford racing springs that lower your car. I forget exactly how much drop they give but its around 1.25"-1.5." Mine being shipped to me as we speak.

My C springs will be here tomorrow,and I'm putting them in myself on saturday. I got the write up around here somewhere....
You will need access to an impact wrench though

ok 1 more question, dou know the difference in the B, C, and F performance springs.

Check out http://www.fordracingparts.com they have all the springs on there, it has to do with different rates, and im sure it lowers the car different. They're also for different years. Read up on em there. Though "C" springs seem to be the most popular for new edge stangs

^Off the top of my head...B springs are the same as C springs only they are progressive rate and have an advertised better ride. I think F springs are the same but for verts.

In a few weeks I'm getting a full suspension setup, and I have no idea if I should do it myself or not...[&:] I don't wanna f anything up.
