Default Saleen Supercharger

After buying what I thought to be a great supercharger from Saleen. The performance shop who is going to do the install just informed me that allI would see out of this system is MAYBE a 60hp gain.Is this guy on "glue" or is this a bad system.I was told to expect aprrox 140hp gain.[:@]

consider the source.. you say highly recommended.. but recommended by who?.. I don't know much about the saleen s/c's but 60hp just doesnt sound right.. you said you got it from THR.. contact them and see what they say.. If they sell them then I'm sure they have experience installing them.. that would be a better source IMO.

I think hes on crack.. I've also heard that Saleens arn't that good but I have seen no data to back that up.. Unless you bout the SC on ebay and it says Turb-a-nator I'm sure it will work just fine.. Fine for a non-forged bottom end GT.. If you have an 03/04 and looking to run 20 lbs of boost then it might not cut the cake..

Keep us posted.. I'd like to see the numbers it puts out..

Its a twin screw and with the stock pulley should give you atleast 80-100rwhp.
