Is the oil pressure switch one of these? If so, red or green?

Like already stated clean everything off with brake cleaner. I'm gonna say your leaking from the steering gear lines. Jack the car up put it on Jack stands and after it is clean have a friend turn the wheel from one direction to the other while you are under watching the connection area's watch the area's that where really wet and dirty before you cleaned them. make sure all lines are tight it that's not it check what everyone already said.

Resurrecting...

I've got a buddy that has a Mustang performance shop. A few weeks ago we had my car on his lift checking the rear end and got to talking about the leak as we were finishing up. He says it is the power steering pump. He says there is a little rubber gasket/washer on the underside of the pump which is leaking, and that rubber piece can be replaced and fix the leak.

Anyone know where to get this rubber piece?

are you sure its engine oil and not power steering fluid? fords psr's suck. start checkin other fluids, your engine isn't the only thing that uses oil...

No, I have now decided it is power steering fluid. I'll edit the title

Oil pressure switch...huh, theres a new idea. Thanks
I work at a parts store and we have these come back all the time for warrenty. I guess they go bad 1 of 2 was. Either they electricaly stop working or they blow there seal inside and **** oil out even if the pipe fitting is tight on the outside.
